Hey everyone, we are just a couple weeks away from TNT@TNU and I wanted to send you

some updated information. Below you will find information for the Hotel we are staying at as

well as some other important information. Also, I have attached a copy of the school excuse

letter for students who will be missing school.

Hotel info:

Sheraton Music City Nashville Airport

777 McGavock Pk, Nashville, TN 37214

- You do not need to pay for parking at the Hotel.

​

Registration: 4pm @ Sheraton Music City (Belle Meade Ballroom)

​

Opening Ceremonies: 6:45pm-9pm @ Trevecca Nazarene University

Please try to arrive at the Hotel as close to 4pm as possible so that we can get everyone checked in and ready to go for opening ceremonies. You will receive you room keys as soon as the hotel gives us the keys we need.

​

Dinner Thursday is up to your group leader. We are not allowed to serve food out of our

ballroom. So, breakfast will be served on campus. Friday, and Saturday.

​

There is a TNT@TNU app that you can download for all event schedules. Some events such as,

softball, 5K, golf, Ladies’ basketball are off campus this year. You will find the location for each

of these events on the app.

​

Also sign up for our Remind it’s the best way to stay up to date with Florida District specific

information.
